These Terms govern your use of Veloda Store and the apps sold through it. By downloading or purchasing an app here, you agree to these Terms.

Licenses

Apps sold through this store, including Veloda, are proprietary software. Purchasing Veloda Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the paid features on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its license system.

Free trial

Veloda offers a 30-day free trial of Pro features, available once per email address. We reserve the right to limit or end the trial program at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown in USD and include Lemon Squeezy's applicable taxes/fees where required. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Availability

Apps are provided "as is." Some platforms are listed as "Coming soon" and are not yet available — we make no guarantee of a release date. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Acceptable use

Veloda is a general-purpose download manager. Much like a web browser, it moves files between you and the sources you choose; it does not host, store, or provide any media of its own. You are solely responsible for what you download with Veloda and for how you use it. You agree to use Veloda only for content that you own, that you are licensed or permitted to download, or that is in the public domain — and never to infringe any copyright or to breach the terms of service of any website or platform. Downloading material you have no right to may be unlawful where you live; any such use is your responsibility, not ours.

Copyright & takedown

We respect intellectual-property rights. Because Veloda does not host or store user content, there is normally nothing for us to remove — but if you believe the app or this store infringes your rights, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Veloda and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the apps or this store.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
