This Privacy Policy explains what information Veloda Store collects when you visit this site or purchase an app, and how it's used.

Information we collect

We collect only what's needed to run a free trial or deliver a purchased license:

Email address — if you start a free trial or purchase Veloda Pro, we use your email to activate the trial and to tie your subscription to it: signing in with that address in the app is what unlocks Pro. To confirm the address is yours we email you a short code.
Google sign-in (optional) — if you choose "Continue with Google" in the app, Google tells us your email address and confirms it belongs to you. That is all we ask for: no contacts, no files, no Drive, no Gmail, nothing else in your Google account. Google's own notification email may tell you that your name and profile picture were shared too — that is how Google sign-in works, but Veloda discards them and keeps only the email address. We use it only to activate your trial, exactly as if you had typed the address yourself, and we store nothing beyond the address. You can use the email option instead and never involve Google at all, and you can disconnect Veloda at any time from your Google account permissions page.
Payment information — payments are currently made locally, by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer. To confirm a payment we see what the transfer itself shows us (such as the sender's name, phone number or InstaPay address, the amount and the transfer reference) and the message you send us with it, whether by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. When you request activation inside the app, we also receive the phone number you paid from and, for InstaPay, the transfer reference. A small app on our own phone forwards the payment notices our wallet and bank receive to our server, which matches them to your request automatically; those notices are deleted after 14 days at most. We use this only to confirm your payment and issue your license, and we never ask for your card number, PIN or verification codes. We may add card payments later through an external payment provider; if we do, we will name it here before it is used.

We do not use analytics, tracking cookies, or advertising scripts on this site.

How we use your information

To activate and track free trials.
To activate your Veloda Pro subscription and check it when you sign in.
To respond if you contact us for support.

We do not sell or share your email address with third parties, other than the providers needed to run the store (our email provider, which delivers the sign-in codes and confirmations). Your payment details are used only by us, to confirm your transfer.

Data storage

Trial and license records are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Checking your subscription sends only your sign-in session and an identifier of the app installation, which is how a subscription is limited to three devices — never your files.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your email address and associated trial/license records at any time by contacting us below.
